Entorra ("we") is operated by Brevis Consulting. This policy explains what we collect when you use entorra.com and how we use it.

What we collect

How we use Google user data

With your permission, Entorra uses Gmail to send emails you have approved and to read the replies in those conversations, so follow-ups stop when someone answers; it uses Google Calendar to show your free and busy times and to add meetings you book. Entorra's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or let people read it except with your consent, for security, or as the law requires.

AI processing

To research leads and write drafts, Entorra sends the relevant text (your business profile and the lead's details, and for replies the conversation) to Anthropic's Claude API. Anthropic does not train its models on this data by default.

Sharing

We share data only with the services that run Entorra (hosting, database, AI) and the services you connect, and only to provide Entorra. We do not sell personal information.

Security and retention

Data is encrypted in transit; connection tokens are also encrypted at rest. Your data is kept while your account is open. You can disconnect any service at any time on the Integrations page, and ask us to delete your account and data by emailing privacy@entorra.com.
